If your PGI product arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund you for the damaged or defective item or replace it at our discretion.

4. All returns must have an authorization number. We will not process your return without one.
5. Place your product in the package it was shipped in and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
