SIGNATURE AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS
Some orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is required. We do not ship to a post office box.
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
OVERSIZED OR OVERWEIGHT SHIPMENTS
Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed normal freight service are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship-to address.
In addition to the United States and Canada, we are also able to ship Internationally. However, due to special Restrictions and Requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options. Shipping costs are paid by the customer at time of purchase. Product import duties and/or taxes levied by government upon entry into the country are not covered by our charges to you.
Operating from a large warehouse facility, we are constantly striving to deliver your order promptly. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two weeks, we will inform you with details of the backorder and an arrival time estimate.
Our professional team is dedicated to package your order in the most efficient matter. Most of our packaging specification methods are governed under our shipping carriers terms and condition policy.
Product may be returned in accordance with our no questions asked, 30-day money back guarantee. Goods must be received in a like-new, saleable condition for full-refund of product cost only. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Customized-product orders are non-refundable
If a graphic is found to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not remove or discard graphic prior to contacting us. A clear photograph or return of the defective section in question may be required for replacement.
Products will be replaced if it is determined to be defective in manufacturing, labeling or packaging. Products are sold without express or implied warranty or liability of any kind.
